Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of the BioGuard website and to any purchase you make from us. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Your account

• You need an account to place an order. Please give accurate details (name, email, mobile number and delivery address) and keep them up to date in My Account.
• We verify your email address with a one-time code before you can check out.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think it has been used without your permission.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order.

2. Products and prices

We aim to show accurate descriptions and prices. Prices are set in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). Where the site displays another currency this is only an approximate conversion for your convenience: your order is always charged in KWD, and your bank may convert it at its own rate. We may correct pricing or description errors, and if we do so after you have ordered we will contact you before going ahead.

3. Orders

An order is accepted when your payment is confirmed and we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot verify the details, or if we suspect fraud. In that case any payment you have made will be refunded.

4. Payment

Payments are taken securely through our payment partner, MyFatoorah, using the methods shown at checkout (such as KNET and major credit or debit cards). We never see or store your full card details. If a payment does not complete, no order is placed and you are not charged.

5. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery times, returns and refunds are explained in our Shipping & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Safe use of our products

Please read the product description and any instructions before use. Used absorbents may be contaminated with the substances they have soaked up, and should be handled and disposed of according to the rules that apply where you are. Our products are intended for the uses described on the site.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care to supply products that match their description. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

8. Privacy

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy & Data Protection policy.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
