Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect when you use the BioGuard website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, mobile number and password (stored only in scrambled, hashed form).
• Delivery details: the addresses you save and the one you choose for each order.
• Order information: what you bought, when, the amount, and the status of your order.
• Technical data: a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, and a cookie that remembers your chosen display currency. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To create and manage your account and verify your email address.
• To process, deliver and support your orders, including emailing you confirmations, shipping updates and receipts.
• To reset your password when you ask us to.
• To answer your questions and improve our shop and products.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed, with companies that help us run the shop:

• Payment provider: MyFatoorah processes your payment. Card and bank details are entered on their secure page; we never see or store them.
• Email provider: a transactional email service delivers our verification codes and order emails.
• Delivery partners: your name, address and phone number are passed to the courier so they can deliver.
• Authorities: where the law requires it.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, verification codes expire quickly, and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to run the shop. No system is perfectly secure, so please choose a strong password and keep it private.

How long we keep it

We keep your account details for as long as you have an account. Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, warranty and legal reasons.

Your choices

• You can view and update your name, mobile number and addresses in My Account.
• You can ask us to correct, export or delete your personal information by contacting us. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
